Tshepo is Head: Metros, Intermediate Cities and Water Boards, in the Coverage Division of the DBSA. In this role, he leads a team of professionals who originate the DBSA’s infrastructure financing business opportunities in the Metropolitan and Intermediate Cities and the Water Sector. Tshepo’s experience includes lecturing (Economics), equity analysis, debt origination, debt finance, hybrid finance, capital raising, investor relations and general company management. His previous employers include North West University (Mafikeng Campus), Gensec Bank, Legae Securities, JP Morgan Securities, and ABN Amro Securities.
Tshepo, former CEO of Legae Securities (2006-2008), South Africa’s first black-owned stockbroking company, is a member of the Institute of Directors (IOD); the Economic Society of South Africa (ESSA) and the Association of Black Securities & Investment Professionals where he has served in the Executive Committee.

Tumelo is the founder of Kutlwanong Centre for Maths, Science and Technology. He served as an ABET Supervisor at Morakapula Adult Centre and became the manager for the outreach portfolio. Tumelo served as Role Model Intervention Programme Manager for Grade 12 and later became Secondary School Intervention Manager for Grade 11 and 12 for the DoE in Gauteng. Tumelo was the principal Makhoarane Primary School until 2009 when he resigned and permanently focused on the Kutlwanong programme.

Maseko is a Senior Project Manager at Phumaf Consulting Engineers, with vast experience in Human Resources and Financial Management. He was Director of Finance and Operations at Sandton Convention Centre and worked for Hewlett Packard, City of Seattle (USA) and Botswana Meat Commission.

Nolundi is currently Finance and Ops Manager and part of the Finance Committee. She has held senior finance positions at SAFA, Ernst and Young where she instituted corporate governance and financial management processes. With a love for finance and numbers, she brings a wealth of experience and expertise in efficient management of funds to meet the objectives of the organisation.

Isaah is currently Chief Economist of Alexander Forbes where he is responsible for macroeconomic strategy, and is a columnist for Business Day and the 2019 ABSIP Economist of the Year.

Namhla completed her articles in Financial Services and worked as a Tax manager for two years. In 2011, she became CSI consultant at Investec Bank, then moved to Investec Wealth and Investment Philanthropy. She is founder of NGO Khazim’lani working to provide career guidance to learners in rural areas and is a board member on the Global Teachers Institute. She currently runs LSS Consulting.

Richard started his career as Audit Manager Ernst & Young San Francisco and later on became Associate Director Assurance in South Africa. He is currently Head of Internal Financial Controls CIB for Standard Bank South Africa.
